What's Happening in Longmont This Spring/Summer?

We are happy to see that things in Longmont are slowly returning back to normal and that our favorite local businesses are still running strong. We have just moved into “Level Blue” which gives us more access to activities and opening up more businesses, restaurants, and gyms, while still taking the necessary precautions to keep our community safe. The City of Longmont is asking that you still wear a mask, keep a safe distance of 6 feet, and try to limit interactions to those within your household.

Since we are entering the warmer months it’s a great time to get outside! There are plenty of ways to enjoy time outdoors in Longmont. Here is a list of some great options to look into this season:

  • Fishing, boating, and recreation at Union Reservoir

  • Golfing at one of the three public golf courses in Longmont

  • Swimming indoors or out! There are multiple options to choose from in town including Centennial Pool, Longmont Recreation Center, Kanemoto Activity Pool, Roosevelt Activity Pool, and Sunset Pool

The Longmont Museum is also excited to announce that they will be back open for in-person admission starting this summer as they host a summer concert series, an exhibit of original Impressionism, and historic walking tours. The museum will also be hosting in-person summer camps.

Stay tuned for events being held by Dwellings Colorado Real Estate this summer! You can learn more about what’s going on in Longmont on the City of Longmont Website.
